HAL UGA advisors network
In HAL, correspondents hold the role of structure referent and sometimes that of collection manager. A structure referent can view and modify metadata and add a file to a bibliographic reference attached to the reference structure.
The collection manager controls the documents in their collection. They can also customise their collection’s website interface (e.g. logo, homepage, menus) and view its statistics.
Once a year, the network meets to share feedback, best practice, and prospects for the future of open science.
