Open science offers significant challenges in terms of research construction and promotion: it facilitates reproducibility, fosters public confidence in scientific productions and enables new scientific approaches to emerge.
Scientific communities, governments, institutions and research funders have addressed this issue and are encouraging the unrestricted dissemination of all scientific output, including publications, data and codes.

The UGA community can call on the support of two teams to adopt and implement an open science approach: the Codes Data Grenoble Alpes Office and the UGA HAL Office.

This section provides a detailed description of the challenged issues and the national and international context.
